Art Club

Children make new art and make new friends, as they explore a wide range of art materials and techniques in a welcoming and nurturing environment. The Elements and Principles of Art are introduced through painting, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media projects. Each Art Club season is organized around a unifying theme. Some projects may take more than one class to complete.

Beautiful Bugs

Bees, beetles, and butterflies are the inspiration for Art Club this spring. Participants are invited to experiment with printmaking, collage, and sculpture as they create two beeutiful mixed-media projects.

Price: $110.00 + HST for 4 classes.
Ages: 6-7 years old.

Adventure Awaits!

The spirit of adventure guides this STEAM Art Club series. Participants are invited to let their imaginations soar, as they design and build a model of their dream treehouse. Next, they rappel into a world of colour, drawing, and painting, as they create a diorama featuring a gem-filled cave.

Respect the Craft

Learning traditional handicraft skills, such as sewing and weaving, is both enjoyable and empowering. In this Art Club series, participants will develop fundamental handicraft skills, and incorporate them creative into mixed media art projects.
