Art Classes Terms and Conditions

By making a payment for our art classes, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your non-refundable payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and your commitment to attending the art class as scheduled.

Payment Policy 

All payments for art classes are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued solely in the event that Art with Daria cannot fulfill enrolment due to extenuating circumstances.

Registration and Enrolment 

To secure a spot in the art class, you must make a full payment in advance. 
Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Enrolment is not guaranteed. In the event that Art with Daria can not fulfill the enrolment you will be notified.

Payment Methods 

We accept payments through various payment methods, which could be subject to change.

Payment Confirmation 

Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Upon confirmation of your enrolment, you can expect to receive a subsequent follow-up email.

Class Schedule 

Classes will be held as per the schedule provided at the time of registration. 
Any changes or cancellations to the class schedule will be communicated in advance.

Missed Classes 

If a student misses a class, no makeup classes or refunds will be provided.

Cancellation and Rescheduling 

In the event that the art class is canceled or rescheduled by Art with Daria, you will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made.

Withdrawal by Parent, Guardian, or Student 

If you wish to withdraw a child from the art class, no refunds will be provided.

Code of Conduct 

Students are expected to follow any specific class rules and guidelines set by the instructor.

Privacy Policy 

Personal information provided during registration is governed by our Privacy Policy

Liability 

Art with Daria and the instructor are not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property that may occur during the art class.

Termination of Enrolment 

Art with Daria reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment if their behaviour is unsafe, or violates our policies.

Changes to Terms and Conditions 

Art with Daria reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Should you have an ongoing enrolment, we will notify you in advance of any upcoming changes.
